Application to the Perth Mint Certificate Programme


 

In order to proceed with a PMCP investment you must complete and return the simple two page application form - downloadable below - and provide us with the following:

1. Passport or birth certificate
2. Driver's license
3. Utility bill - which states your name and current address Other official proof-of-address documents will also be accepted, e.g. Credit Card Bill, Bank Statement etc.
